Cavity cleaning and debris removal for Heston properties
Heston is among the towns we cover in Greater London, alongside Hounslow, Isleworth and Southall. It is roughly 11 miles west of London.
If your Heston installation has a guarantee, we check it first; the guarantee route may cover the work. Damp in an insulated Heston home is not always the insulation's fault, so the diagnosis comes before any extraction.
Every elevation is judged on its own exposure. Much of Greater London sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Heston, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

Why debris matters
A clean cavity lets water that gets through the outer leaf drain away. Debris piled at the base or caught on ties makes a bridge for that water. It is a common cause of damp low on walls and around ties, with or without insulation.
