Cavity wall insulation removal for Heston properties
Heston is among the towns we cover in Greater London, alongside Hounslow, Isleworth and Southall. It is about 11 miles west of London.
If your Heston installation has a guarantee, we check it first; the guarantee route may cover the work. We never cold-call in Heston or anywhere else, and we do not work with doorstep claims companies.
Wind-driven rain is the first thing the surveyor weighs up. Much of Greater London sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Heston, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

If you have a guarantee
Contact your original installer first. If that does not resolve it within two months, CIGA's process applies for CIGA-guaranteed installs. Removing insulation yourself can void a guarantee, so speak to the provider before work.
