Cavity cleaning and debris removal for Feltham properties
If your property is in Feltham or the TW14 district or nearby Hanworth, Hounslow and Hampton, it is within our Greater London coverage. It is around 13 miles west of London.
If your Feltham installation has a guarantee, we check it first; the guarantee route may cover the work. We never cold-call in Feltham or anywhere else, and we do not work with doorstep claims companies.
Local weather affects which walls can be filled. Much of Greater London sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
For regulations, if cavity wall insulation follows in Feltham, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

Why debris matters
A clean cavity lets water that gets through the outer leaf drain away. Debris piled at the base or caught on ties makes a bridge for that water. It is a common cause of damp low on walls and around ties, with or without insulation.
