Who we are
Cavity Wall Insulation UK is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16932889), part of the S&K Group. We arrange surveys, cavity wall insulation, top-ups, removal and the repairs that go with them for homeowners, landlords, housing providers and businesses across the UK.
How the work is done
Your contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd. Surveys and installation are carried out by registered installers we appoint, and the installer and the guarantee that will be issued are named on your quote before you book. If a job cannot carry an independent guarantee, we tell you first.
What we will and will not do
- We survey before we sell, and put the result in writing.
- We tell you when a wall should not be filled.
- We diagnose damp before recommending extraction.
- We do not cold-call, knock on doors or work with doorstep claims companies.
- We do not claim accreditations we do not hold, and we only publish genuine reviews.
Why we built this site the way we did
The National Audit Office's October 2025 report on the Energy Company Obligation found serious failings in some government-funded insulation work. Cavity walls are usually simpler than solid-wall insulation, but the lesson is the same: check first, use the right system for the wall, record the work, and stand behind it.
