Cavity wall insulation removal for Feltham properties
Feltham sits in Greater London, roughly 13 miles west of London. We work across the TW14 district, including nearby Hanworth, Hounslow and Hampton.
Where a Feltham wall does need work, bricks are lifted and rebuilt in matching mortar, and the cavity is checked with a camera before it is closed up. If your Feltham installation has a guarantee, we check it first; the guarantee route may cover the work.
Local weather affects which walls can be filled. Much of Greater London sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Feltham, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

If you have a guarantee
Contact your original installer first. If that does not resolve it within two months, CIGA's process applies for CIGA-guaranteed installs. Removing insulation yourself can void a guarantee, so speak to the provider before work.
