Cavity cleaning and debris removal for Witham properties
Witham is among the towns we cover in Essex, alongside Maldon, Braintree and Chelmsford. It is about 9 miles north-east of Chelmsford.
If your Witham installation has a guarantee, we check it first; the guarantee route may cover the work. We never cold-call in Witham or anywhere else, and we do not work with doorstep claims companies.
Local weather affects which walls can be filled. Much of Essex sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Witham, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

Why debris matters
A clean cavity lets water that gets through the outer leaf drain away. Debris piled at the base or caught on ties makes a bridge for that water. It is a common cause of damp low on walls and around ties, with or without insulation.
