Thermal imaging survey for West Bridgford properties
West Bridgford sits in Nottinghamshire, about 2 miles south-east of Nottingham. We work across the NG2 district, including nearby Nottingham, Arnold and Hucknall.
Where a West Bridgford wall shows cold patches or damp, the survey targets those areas first rather than sampling at random. A survey in West Bridgford gives you facts before anyone drills: what the wall is, what is in the cavity and whether it is sound.
Exposure matters for every cavity wall. Much of Nottinghamshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in West Bridgford, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Rules in England
Filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification if insulation work follows.

What thermal images can and cannot show
They show patterns, not proof. A cooler stripe inside might be missing fill, a cold bridge at a lintel or simply a radiator switched off. That is why we pair the images with borescope checks before recommending any work.
