Damp investigation after cavity insulation for West Bridgford properties
Our Nottinghamshire coverage takes in West Bridgford (NG2) and nearby Nottingham, Arnold and Hucknall. It is roughly 2 miles south-east of Nottingham.
If your West Bridgford installation has a guarantee, we check it first; the guarantee route may cover the work. We never cold-call in West Bridgford or anywhere else, and we do not work with doorstep claims companies.
Exposure matters for every cavity wall. Much of Nottinghamshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in West Bridgford, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
