Loft insulation for Failsworth properties
If your property is in Failsworth or the M35 district or nearby Droylsden, Ashton-under-Lyne and Oldham, it is within our Greater Manchester coverage. It is around 3 miles north-east of Manchester.
In Failsworth homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Failsworth homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Failsworth, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
