Loft insulation for Oldham properties
Oldham is among the towns we cover in Greater Manchester, alongside Failsworth, Ashton-under-Lyne and Droylsden. It is around 6 miles north-east of Manchester.
Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Oldham homes of every age. In Oldham homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Oldham, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
