Loft insulation for Peckham properties
We cover Peckham and the SE15 postcode district, including nearby Brixton, Greenwich and Catford. It is around 3 miles south-east of London.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Peckham homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. Where a Peckham home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Peckham, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
