Loft insulation for Canary Wharf properties
If your property is in Canary Wharf or the E14 district or nearby Bow, Canning Town and Greenwich, it is within our Greater London coverage. It is around 4 miles east of London.
Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Canary Wharf homes of every age. Where a Canary Wharf home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Canary Wharf, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
