Loft insulation for Brixton properties
If your property is in Brixton or the SW9 district or nearby Peckham, Pimlico and Battersea, it is within our Greater London coverage. It is around 3 miles south of London.
Where a Brixton home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Brixton homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Brixton, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
