Draught-proofing for Canary Wharf properties
Canary Wharf is among the towns we cover in Greater London, alongside Bow, Canning Town and Greenwich. It is about 4 miles east of London.
Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Canary Wharf homes of every age. In Canary Wharf homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Canary Wharf, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
