Cavity wall insulation for flats for Bletchley properties
Our Buckinghamshire coverage takes in Bletchley (MK2) and nearby Milton Keynes, Aylesbury and Chesham. It is about 4 miles south of Milton Keynes.
Per-address photo records for Bletchley properties make compliance files and EPC updates straightforward. Blocks of flats in Bletchley are surveyed as a whole, because the cavity runs across every flat in the building.
Before any material is chosen, exposure is checked. Much of Buckinghamshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
As for paperwork, in Bletchley filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Fire and height
For blocks, the material must suit the building's height and use. Non-combustible mineral wool is the usual choice; we confirm the system and its certificate limits in writing.
