Social housing and estate programmes for Bletchley properties
We cover Bletchley and the MK2 postcode district, including nearby Milton Keynes, Aylesbury and Chesham. It is roughly 4 miles south of Milton Keynes.
Per-address photo records for Bletchley properties make compliance files and EPC updates straightforward. Work on Bletchley rented homes and blocks is booked around tenants and residents, with access arranged through your agent if you prefer.
Exposure matters for every cavity wall. Much of Buckinghamshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
In terms of approvals, in Bletchley filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
