Draught-proofing for Kidsgrove properties
Kidsgrove sits in Staffordshire, roughly 6 miles north of Stoke-on-Trent. We work across the ST7 district, including nearby Newcastle under Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent and Longton.
In Kidsgrove homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Kidsgrove homes of every age.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Kidsgrove, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
