Draught-proofing for Canning Town properties
Our Greater London coverage takes in Canning Town (E16) and nearby Stratford, Bow and Canary Wharf. It is roughly 6 miles east of London.
In Canning Town homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Canning Town homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Canning Town, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
