Cavity cleaning and debris removal for Droitwich properties
Droitwich is among the towns we cover in Worcestershire, alongside Bromsgrove, Worcester and Stourport-on-Severn. It is about 6 miles north-east of Worcester.
Defects such as failed pointing, leaking gutters and bridged damp-proof courses are listed and priced separately for Droitwich properties, so you can choose who fixes them. We never cold-call in Droitwich or anywhere else, and we do not work with doorstep claims companies.
Before any material is chosen, exposure is checked. Worcestershire has a mix of moderate and more exposed sites. Hilltop, coastal and west-facing walls take the brunt of wind-driven rain, so the survey records exposure for each elevation before a material is chosen.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Droitwich, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

Why debris matters
A clean cavity lets water that gets through the outer leaf drain away. Debris piled at the base or caught on ties makes a bridge for that water. It is a common cause of damp low on walls and around ties, with or without insulation.
