Cavity wall work in Droitwich
If your property is in Droitwich or the WR9 district or nearby Bromsgrove, Worcester and Stourport-on-Severn, it is within our Worcestershire coverage. It is about 6 miles north-east of Worcester.
Local weather affects which walls can be filled. Worcestershire has a mix of moderate and more exposed sites. Hilltop, coastal and west-facing walls take the brunt of wind-driven rain, so the survey records exposure for each elevation before a material is chosen.
On compliance, in Droitwich filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
