Underfloor insulation for Cleckheaton properties
Cleckheaton sits in West Yorkshire, around 9 miles south-west of Leeds. We work across the BD19 district, including nearby Brighouse, Batley and Dewsbury.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Cleckheaton homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. Where a Cleckheaton home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Cleckheaton, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Keeping the void ventilated
Air bricks under a suspended floor must stay clear so the timbers stay dry. Insulation goes between the joists, not across the void, and gaps at skirtings are sealed to stop draughts.
