Thermal imaging survey for Andover properties
Andover sits in Hampshire, about 22 miles north of Southampton. We work across the SP10 district, including nearby Winchester, Basingstoke and Eastleigh.
A survey in Andover gives you facts before anyone drills: what the wall is, what is in the cavity and whether it is sound. Every inspection point in Andover is photographed and logged, so you have a record to show a buyer, lender or contractor.
Every elevation is judged on its own exposure. Hampshire has a mix of moderate and more exposed sites. Hilltop, coastal and west-facing walls take the brunt of wind-driven rain, so the survey records exposure for each elevation before a material is chosen.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Andover, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
