Loft insulation for Halesowen properties
Our West Midlands coverage takes in Halesowen (B63) and nearby Dudley, Stourbridge and Smethwick. It is around 7 miles west of Birmingham.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Halesowen homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Halesowen homes of every age.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Halesowen, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
