Loft insulation for Dudley properties
Dudley sits in the West Midlands, around 8 miles west of Birmingham. We work across the DY2 district, including nearby Tipton, Kingswinford and Halesowen.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Dudley homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. In Dudley homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Dudley, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
