Loft insulation for South Shields properties
South Shields is among the towns we cover in Tyne and Wear, alongside Tynemouth, North Shields and Jarrow. It is roughly 7 miles east of Newcastle upon Tyne.
Where a South Shields home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. In South Shields homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in South Shields, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
