Loft insulation for Godalming properties
Godalming sits in Surrey, about 4 miles south-west of Guildford. We work across the GU7 district, including nearby Guildford, Farnham and Woking.
Where a Godalming home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. In Godalming homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Godalming, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
