Loft insulation for Farnham properties
Farnham is among the towns we cover in Surrey, alongside Godalming, Camberley and Guildford. It is roughly 10 miles west of Guildford.
Where a Farnham home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Farnham homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Farnham, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
