Loft insulation for Thetford properties
If your property is in Thetford or the IP24 district or nearby Norwich, King's Lynn and Great Yarmouth, it is within our Norfolk coverage. It is about 27 miles south-west of Norwich.
In Thetford homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip. Where a Thetford home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Thetford, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
