Loft insulation for Ely properties
Ely sits in Cambridgeshire, roughly 15 miles north-east of Cambridge. We work across the CB6 district, including nearby Newmarket, March and Cambridge.
Where an Ely home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. In Ely homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Ely, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
