Loft insulation for Stretford properties
If your property is in Stretford or the M32 district or nearby Urmston, Sale and Salford, it is within our Greater Manchester coverage. It is about 4 miles south-west of Manchester.
Where a Stretford home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Stretford homes of every age.
For regulations, if cavity wall insulation follows in Stretford, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.
