Loft insulation for Kilburn properties
Our Greater London coverage takes in Kilburn (NW6) and nearby Cricklewood, Chalk Farm and Camden Town. It is about 4 miles north-west of London.
Where a Kilburn home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Kilburn homes of every age.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Kilburn, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
