Loft insulation for Cricklewood properties
Cricklewood is among the towns we cover in Greater London, alongside Kilburn, Willesden and Chalk Farm. It is roughly 5 miles north-west of London.
Where a Cricklewood home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. In Cricklewood homes this is often done on the same visit as a cavity fill, which saves a second trip.
As for paperwork, if cavity wall insulation follows in Cricklewood, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
