Loft insulation for Bexley properties
Bexley is among the towns we cover in Greater London, alongside Welling, Eltham and Thamesmead. It is about 12 miles east of London.
We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Bexley homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Bexley homes of every age.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Bexley, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

What we check
Existing depth and condition, ventilation at the eaves, water tanks and pipes that need insulating, downlighters that need covers, and storage boarding that needs raising so insulation is not crushed.
