Grant and funding check for Cricklewood properties
We cover Cricklewood and the NW2 postcode district, including nearby Kilburn, Willesden and Chalk Farm. It is around 5 miles north-west of London.
Funded schemes in England open and close through the year, so we check what is running now rather than relying on old leaflets. Eligibility for the official schemes usually depends on income or benefits, the home's EPC rating and who owns it, so the check starts with those questions.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

If you do not qualify
On a suitable wall, the Energy Saving Trust says most households recoup the cost of cavity wall insulation within about five years, and installing it in a home is currently zero-rated for VAT. We give a fixed price after a free survey.
