Grant and funding check for Bodmin properties
If your property is in Bodmin or the PL31 district or nearby St Austell, Newquay and Truro, it is within our Cornwall coverage. It is around 20 miles north-east of Truro.
Eligibility for the official schemes usually depends on income or benefits, the home's EPC rating and who owns it, so the check starts with those questions. If a Bodmin household does not qualify, you can still have a free survey and a fixed private price, with no obligation.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

If you do not qualify
On a suitable wall, the Energy Saving Trust says most households recoup the cost of cavity wall insulation within about five years, and installing it in a home is currently zero-rated for VAT. We give a fixed price after a free survey.
