Loft insulation for Bodmin properties
Bodmin is among the towns we cover in Cornwall, alongside St Austell, Newquay and Truro. It is around 20 miles north-east of Truro.
Where a Bodmin home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Bodmin homes of every age.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Bodmin, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
