Cavity wall insulation for flats for Leominster properties
Leominster sits in Herefordshire, about 12 miles north of Hereford. We work across the HR6 district, including nearby Hereford, Ledbury and Ross-on-Wye.
Work on Leominster rented homes and blocks is booked around tenants and residents, with access arranged through your agent if you prefer. Blocks of flats in Leominster are surveyed as a whole, because the cavity runs across every flat in the building.
Local weather affects which walls can be filled. Herefordshire has a mix of moderate and more exposed sites. Hilltop, coastal and west-facing walls take the brunt of wind-driven rain, so the survey records exposure for each elevation before a material is chosen.
On the rules side, in Leominster filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Why one flat cannot usually be done alone
The cavity runs continuously across the building. The Energy Saving Trust notes that flats need agreement from the whole block. Filling one flat's walls in isolation leaves gaps, and the freeholder normally owns the structure.
