Cavity wall insulation for flats for New Milton properties
Our Hampshire coverage takes in New Milton (BH25) and nearby Hythe, Totton and Southampton. It is about 16 miles south-west of Southampton.
For landlords and managing agents in New Milton, we survey in batches and return a result sheet and fixed price per address. Per-address photo records for New Milton properties make compliance files and EPC updates straightforward.
Every elevation is judged on its own exposure. Hampshire has a mix of moderate and more exposed sites. Hilltop, coastal and west-facing walls take the brunt of wind-driven rain, so the survey records exposure for each elevation before a material is chosen.
As for paperwork, in New Milton filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

Fire and height
For blocks, the material must suit the building's height and use. Non-combustible mineral wool is the usual choice; we confirm the system and its certificate limits in writing.
