Existing insulation and guarantee check for Bedworth properties
Bedworth sits in Warwickshire, about 14 miles north of Warwick. We work across the CV12 district, including nearby Nuneaton, Kenilworth and Rugby.
The written result for your Bedworth property is plain English: what we found, what it means and what, if anything, to do next. Buyers and sellers in Bedworth often book this check when a survey report or EPC raises questions about the walls.
Before any material is chosen, exposure is checked. Much of Warwickshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Bedworth, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

Tracing a guarantee
Many cavity fills carry a 25-year guarantee from the Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency (CIGA). CIGA can confirm whether a property is covered and can issue a duplicate guarantee for a fee; at the time of writing that fee is £60 including VAT, and proof of ownership is required.
