Damp investigation after cavity insulation for Bedworth properties
Bedworth sits in Warwickshire, around 14 miles north of Warwick. We work across the CV12 district, including nearby Nuneaton, Kenilworth and Rugby.
Damp in an insulated Bedworth home is not always the insulation's fault, so the diagnosis comes before any extraction. We never cold-call in Bedworth or anywhere else, and we do not work with doorstep claims companies.
Every elevation is judged on its own exposure. Much of Warwickshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Bedworth, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
