Draught-proofing for Haywards Heath properties
We cover Haywards Heath and the RH16 postcode district, including nearby Burgess Hill, Crawley and East Grinstead. It is roughly 9 miles south-east of Crawley.
Where a Haywards Heath home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. We check ventilation as carefully as insulation in Haywards Heath homes, because both matter for keeping a house dry.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Haywards Heath, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Funding in England
In England, ECO4 runs to 31 December 2026 and Warm Homes: Local Grant supports low-income households through councils.

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
