Draught-proofing for Magherafelt properties
Magherafelt is among the towns we cover in County Londonderry, alongside Limavady, Coleraine and Derry. It is around 31 miles south-east of Derry.
Where a Magherafelt home also has empty cavity walls, we can survey those at the same time. Small measures like this are often among the cheapest per pound saved, and they suit Magherafelt homes of every age.
For regulations, if cavity wall insulation follows in Magherafelt, inserting cavity wall insulation needs a building control application to the council before work starts.
Funding in Northern Ireland

Ventilation still matters
Trickle vents, air bricks and extractor fans are there for a reason. We seal accidental gaps, not the ventilation your home needs to keep condensation down.
