Remove and refill across County Tyrone
We cover 4 towns in County Tyrone: Omagh, Dungannon, Cookstown and Strabane.
Every elevation is judged on its own exposure. Parts of County Tyrone face some of the heaviest wind-driven rain in the UK, especially exposed coastal and upland sites. Here the survey is stricter: some walls suit only certain certified systems, and some should not be filled at all.
If your County Tyrone installation has a guarantee, we check it first; the guarantee route may cover the work. Defects such as failed pointing, leaking gutters and bridged damp-proof courses are listed and priced separately for County Tyrone properties, so you can choose who fixes them.
Building control in Northern Ireland
In Northern Ireland, inserting insulation into an existing cavity wall needs a building control application to your council before the work. We make sure the application route is agreed and confirmed in writing before any drilling starts.

Why refill at all?
Often the original problem was the wrong material for the exposure, poor installation or defects in the outer wall, not cavity insulation as such. Once the defects are fixed and the cavity is clean, a suitable certified system can usually go back in. Where the wall is too exposed for any fill, we say so and leave it empty.
What is included
- Diagnosis and extraction
- Repairs to pointing, gutters or render where needed
- Clean-cavity camera check
- Refill with a suitable certified system
- Regulations route and guarantee named on the quote
