Borescope cavity inspection for Rushden properties
Rushden is among the towns we cover in Northamptonshire, alongside Wellingborough, Kettering and Northampton. It is around 12 miles east of Northampton.
A survey in Rushden gives you facts before anyone drills: what the wall is, what is in the cavity and whether it is sound. The written result for your Rushden property is plain English: what we found, what it means and what, if anything, to do next.
Exposure matters for every cavity wall. Much of Northamptonshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Rushden, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
