Borescope cavity inspection for Corby properties
Corby is among the towns we cover in Northamptonshire, alongside Kettering, Market Harborough and Wellingborough. It is about 19 miles north-east of Northampton.
A survey in Corby gives you facts before anyone drills: what the wall is, what is in the cavity and whether it is sound. Every inspection point in Corby is photographed and logged, so you have a record to show a buyer, lender or contractor.
Before any material is chosen, exposure is checked. Much of Northamptonshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
In terms of approvals, if cavity wall insulation follows in Corby, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
