Wall tie replacement for Bicester properties
If your property is in Bicester or the OX26 district or nearby Oxford, Banbury and Witney, it is within our Oxfordshire coverage. It is around 11 miles north-east of Oxford.
We never cold-call in Bicester or anywhere else, and we do not work with doorstep claims companies. Defects such as failed pointing, leaking gutters and bridged damp-proof courses are listed and priced separately for Bicester properties, so you can choose who fixes them.
Local weather affects which walls can be filled. Much of Oxfordshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
For regulations, if cavity wall insulation follows in Bicester, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

Signs of wall tie failure
Horizontal cracks in mortar joints at regular vertical intervals, bulging brickwork, or lifting of the roof verge. Older galvanised ties, especially in walls built before the 1980s, are the usual suspects.
