Wall tie replacement for Coalville properties
Our Leicestershire coverage takes in Coalville (LE67) and nearby Loughborough, Leicester and Hinckley. It is around 12 miles north-west of Leicester.
Damp in an insulated Coalville home is not always the insulation's fault, so the diagnosis comes before any extraction. We never cold-call in Coalville or anywhere else, and we do not work with doorstep claims companies.
Exposure matters for every cavity wall. Much of Leicestershire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
For regulations, if cavity wall insulation follows in Coalville, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

Ties and cavity insulation
Ties should be checked before a cavity is filled. Fitting remedial ties does not normally stop a cavity being insulated later, and we can do both in one visit. Where cracking suggests movement, we recommend a structural engineer's view first.
