Thermal imaging survey for Leamington Spa properties
If your property is in Leamington Spa or the CV31 district or nearby Warwick, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon, it is within our Warwickshire coverage. It is around 2 miles east of Warwick.
Where a Leamington Spa wall shows cold patches or damp, the survey targets those areas first rather than sampling at random. A survey in Leamington Spa gives you facts before anyone drills: what the wall is, what is in the cavity and whether it is sound.
Local weather affects which walls can be filled. Much of Warwickshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Leamington Spa, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Rules in England
Filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification if insulation work follows.

What thermal images can and cannot show
They show patterns, not proof. A cooler stripe inside might be missing fill, a cold bridge at a lintel or simply a radiator switched off. That is why we pair the images with borescope checks before recommending any work.
What is included in Leamington Spa
- Borescope checks of suspect areas
- Annotated report
- Interior and exterior images
- Recommendations, if any
