Thermal imaging survey for Wellingborough properties
Wellingborough is among the towns we cover in Northamptonshire, alongside Rushden, Kettering and Northampton. It is roughly 9 miles north-east of Northampton.
The written result for your Wellingborough property is plain English: what we found, what it means and what, if anything, to do next. A survey in Wellingborough gives you facts before anyone drills: what the wall is, what is in the cavity and whether it is sound.
Exposure matters for every cavity wall. Much of Northamptonshire sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On the rules side, if cavity wall insulation follows in Wellingborough, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.

What thermal images can and cannot show
They show patterns, not proof. A cooler stripe inside might be missing fill, a cold bridge at a lintel or simply a radiator switched off. That is why we pair the images with borescope checks before recommending any work.
