Thermal imaging survey for Wembley properties
If your property is in Wembley or the HA0 district or nearby Harrow, Greenford and Willesden, it is within our Greater London coverage. It is roughly 8 miles west of London.
Buyers and sellers in Wembley often book this check when a survey report or EPC raises questions about the walls. Every inspection point in Wembley is photographed and logged, so you have a record to show a buyer, lender or contractor.
Local weather affects which walls can be filled. Much of Greater London sits in the more sheltered driving-rain zones of the UK, which widens the choice of fill. Exposed elevations, coastal sites and high ground still get checked wall by wall.
On compliance, if cavity wall insulation follows in Wembley, filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification.
Rules in England
Filling a cavity is notifiable building work and needs a building notice or competent-person self-certification if insulation work follows.

What thermal images can and cannot show
They show patterns, not proof. A cooler stripe inside might be missing fill, a cold bridge at a lintel or simply a radiator switched off. That is why we pair the images with borescope checks before recommending any work.
